Performance:
On
startup RegistryEasy started the scan without me having to click
anything (and without warning). Although it did nothing wrong, I'm not
crazy about this "auto-feature".
RegistryEasy
scanning uses registry "deep" scanning. This makes the whole process
much slower, but does turn up some unexpected surprises.
The
scan on the test machine took about twenty minutes and revealed a
whopping 2,348 problems. The largest percentage of the problems were
empty registry keys and system software issues.

Ease of
Use:
RegistryEasy
has a clean interface. It is simple to use. The scan and repair process
is great. As mentioned above, I do not particularly like the fact it
started a scan on it's own, but this may be a good feature for people
who are not experienced computer users.
Customer
Support:
Customer support is 24x7, however it is only via email.
Pros: Ease
of use, deep-scanning, system optimization tools
Cons: Scanning is
slow, support only via email
